This PR updates the Spin dependencies to the latest versions which are based on the factors work. We're using git revisions for now, but as soon as a proper release happens we can move back to git tags.
While reviewing, you might find it easier to review the commits separately. The second commit moves some code around which might make the full diff harder to read.
