Documentation is wrong

rspc.dev currently shows documentation for the 0.3.1 release.

We are in the process of migrating the documentation to specta.dev. All the documentation on specta.dev is updated for 0.4.0, however it's still missing a lot as we are working on a complete rewrite to fix some of the major problems with the previous documentation.

If you would like to contribute to improving the documentation please contribute to specta-rs/website.
