Looks like libxml2's LIBXML_VERSION_STRING and/or xmlParserVersion is being set to 209013 on FreeBSD instead of what we expect, which is 20913, resulting in warnings messages like:

WARNING: Nokogiri was built against libxml version 2.9.13, but has dynamically loaded 20.90.13

I've started looking into how the freebsd port of libxml2 is curated and built. The 2.9.13 changeset is here:

https://reviews.freebsd.org/D34338

but I'm awaiting account activation on that site to comment.
