Describe the bug
Title says it all.

To Reproduce
One of all workers enabled but no proper reprod has actually been done.

Reports by other users claims disabling fixes the issue.

Media repo in use is stock Synapse.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Matrix Server:

  • OS: Debian 12
  • Architecture: amd64
  • Synapse: v1.111.0

Synapse docs and our media slugs are not aligned but that might be a implementation detail on our end that is actually fine. I wont comment as i actually dont fully understand the reverse proxy side of mdad.
