Thanks, can you also grep for omega-h@:9 in spack.yaml files in share/ and remove the @:9 bit. Then we're testing the latest version in ci again |

This PR adds a new version
10.8.6-scorecthat resolves the CUDA issue discussed in SCOREC/omega_h#116 and adds conflicts to avoid the CUDA build error for prior versions.
