Hello,
I'm finding that in comparing across single cell measurement methods, ignoring abundance is advantageous, but it seems that I would need to totally recompute my 50k signatures without the --track-abundance flag to create an abundance-free database! Is there a way to add such a flag to the index, search, or categorize functions?
Warmest,
Olga
