creating the Database

1. Create a db with xampp or wampp or any phpmyadmin accessor and give it the name : survey
2. Export the "Survey_database.sql" file to the "survey" db
3. Done

Ps: The user name to login is either user1 or user2 and offcourse you can still change, delete and put new user from the database if you can access it.
