Summary

add a minimal LiteOn LTR-553 ambient light and proximity sensor driver
hook the driver into the LiteOn sensor Kconfig/build system and provide a devicetree binding
enable the LTR-553 on the M5Stack CoreS3 PROCPU board with light/proximity aliases

Testing

not run (west command is unavailable in this environment)
