Description of changes
Nicki noticed our docs were inconsistent and that the naming went back and forth from
paginateListFunctionsandlistFunctionsPaginated. The former was an alternative we considered but dropped for the latter. Additionally moved the naming decisions around to where we actually talk about the API instead of in the examples section.There are no codegen changes, this is all just fixing errata.
