Description
Adds an option to the PyDMArchiverTimePlot to add a dotted line from the last point 300 years into the future (infinite/very large).
Motivation and Context
example use case, if the user has two curves on their PyDMArchiverTimePlot and one of the curves doesn't have as recent an archived point as the other, then this line will could be used to show the last value of the curve in the past.
