There are issues with React-Draggable when run in Chrome's touch device emulator. As discussed in this thread, these changes have been fixed in a more recent release of React Draggable.

This branch updates to a more recent version of React-Draggable (so do run npm update) and updates the code to reflect this more recent release of that library.
