This issue will track progress on porting this component to the new v4 component format.

Please consult with the Skeleton team before taking on this task, as we're are coordinating the ownership of each component issue issue individually.

Note that this is a custom component introduced by the Skeleton team, and does utilize Zag primitives. But we should still update this to follow the new conventions as relevant.
