鉴于 GB 3102.11 2017 年起转为推荐性标准，就不做 GB 选项了。

改成默认 ISO 可能会让公式有点怪：

国标里两种积分上下限的标法都是可以的：

有限增量应该推荐用 \increment 不用 \Delta。
