Zotino mod to ensure correct power sequencing and avoid DAC death

To avoid DAC death with suffering, one needs to do simple modification. This is an issue with release 1.1 and 1.2 Install 2 SK26 diodes on top of TVS. On some boards, the negative regulator may not wakeup correctly, so 5V6 or 6V8 Zener diode (i.e. BZX55B6V8) does the job and gives a kick.
