Has the new wavelet tree and fixed block boost even super block been implemented in CSA_huff? thanks

I think this is implemented here: https://github.com/dominikkempa/faster-minuter/tree/master/release/wt-fbb-0.1.0

with sdsl interfaces so you should be able to integrate it easily.
