This was being incorrectly interpreted as a mathematical expression with the values being subtracted, rather than a bunch of negative numbers.
This particular PR doesn't fix the bug described in the issue - but it is the same type of fix (see related PR in the issue) and was caused at the same time.
I checked all the PRs that were created to fix scss linting issues, this and the one in the admin PR are the only instances of this I found.
