SF-3582 Investigate causes of invalid chapters

This PR:

• Adds scripts to help investigate causes of invalid chapters in Scripture Forge.
• Updates the roundtrip tool to scan Paratext project directories and diagnose why Scripture Forge will mark texts invalid.
• Fixes the roundtrip tool and commit generator not running on Linux.
