Summary

• update Microsoft.Diagnostics.Tracing.TraceEvent from 3.2.2 to 3.2.3
• update coverlet.collector from 10.0.0 to 10.0.1
• align tests.integration xunit.runner.visualstudio with tests at 3.1.5
• regenerate transitive NuGet lockfiles with the win-x64 locked restore path
