Summary
This brings in two commits from the main branch to be a part of 2.6.1 - Building with Go 1.25.1, and an update to the output for cosign sign. This also bumps sigstore-go to set more descriptive user agents.
Besides security patches or significant bug fixes, we'll aim for this to be the last Cosign v2 release.
