BREAKING: This change means new cosign versions will generate signatures that do not validate in older versions of cosign. To opt out of this behavior, use: --fulcio-url=https://fulcio.sigstore.dev when signing payloads. Signed-off-by: Dan Lorenc <[email protected]>
