Description
Upgrade to OpenTelemetry 0.22.0, which uses API 1.0.0. Dependency pinning was switched to
^again, the patch version pin was needed earlier because of jumps between API 0.x and 1.0 between minor instrumentation versions and multiple APIs at the same time break context tracking.How Has This Been Tested?
