"Delete for everyone" in Notes to Self when bulk deleting messages

Bug description

When bulk deleting messages in the Notes to Self chat (selecting multiple messages and pressing delete), the "Delete for everyone" option is present.

Steps to reproduce

In Notes to Self chat:

• Long press a recent message and press Select
• Select more recent messages, at least 2
• Press the delete icon on the bottom left

Actual result: Two options show up: "Delete for Me" and "Delete for Everyone"

Expected result: In Notes to Self, "Delete for Everyone" shouldn't be here.
