Bug Description

URLs containing @ characters fail to format as links within Signal Desktop. These URL are fairly common when sharing links to Mastodon profiles and toots.

Related to but not a duplicate of: #2814, #2412.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Send a message consisting only of a URL that contains an @ character.

Hit this as well. iOS handles it fine, but Desktop is not handling it properly.
