Bug description

In the preferences there is a "Hide menu bar" checkbox. When I check it there is no clear way to get back the menu bar. By trying a bunch of keyboard combos I figured out that Alt+W would bring back the bar.

Adding a right click item somewhere near where the menu bar is would likely help a lot of people.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the Settings area and click hide menu bar, Close the settings.

Expected result:

Right click would have an option to return the menu bar to a visible state. The first thing I tried was right-clicking the Signal title and bar area.

On Windows, you can always use Alt to show the main menu again. Perhaps you have a suggestion for a technique that would be more easily discoverable?

I didn't know how to get the menu again either until I read this issue.
