Adapt binary zip package for N++ 7.6

Could you please repackage the provided zip to be usable by the new builtin plugin admin of N++ 7.6.

See https://notepad-plus-plus.org/news/notepad-7.6-released.html. The main dll has to be in the root of the zip package.

Can some one take care about this issue an adapt appveyor.yml?
I am in hospital and do not have proper pc.
