eslint for all and to all a good night

This release removes all jshint and jscs configuration in favour of eslint. We've also added testem and config/release blueprints. Note that in testem we now run tests in Chrome only, not PhantomJS. For this to work in CircleCI, the project build environment must be set to Ubuntu 14 (Trusty).
