Summary

Ports archived commit 76b92bef onto main.
bin/fm-home-seed.sh now creates an empty data/backlog.md in a new secondmate home, refuses a symlinked or non-regular backlog, removes the created backlog on rollback, and runs fm-home-summary-refresh.sh --best-effort after the registry write.

Reproduction on main (f387165)

Seeding a throwaway home with fm-home-seed.sh repro <tmp> --no-projects left the new home with no data/backlog.md and no state/home-summary.json.

Testing

  • Same repro on this branch: backlog exists, summary has valid: true and null invalidity kind.
  • tests/fm-secondmate-safety.test.sh (extended no-projects case) and tests/fm-secondmate-lifecycle-e2e.test.sh pass.
  • Manual rollback check: failed seed (unknown project) leaves no backlog behind.
  • bin/fm-lint.sh clean.
