OS: Arch Linux Xfce Version: Xfce 4.16 Theme Version: master as of 11/03/2022
It seems that the Greybird-bright xfce4-notifyd theme is installed to the wrong path, namely /usr/themes/Greybird-bright/xfce-notify-4.0_bright rather than /usr/share/themes/xfce-notify-4.0. This makes it unselectable from xfce4-notifyd-config.
Also, the PR that was supposed to fix the install paths for the light and dark accessibility as well as the light compact themes (#310) for me still resulted in a redundant subdirectory under the xfwm4 directory named xfwm4_a11y, which contains the actual resources, but which Xfwm4-settings obviously cannot see, and rendering them yet inaccessible.
