Summary

• Add renovate.json to enable automated dependency update PRs via Renovate

What this does

Renovate will automatically open PRs to keep the following up to date:

• NuGet packages — all PackageReference entries across *.csproj files
• GitHub Actions — all uses: step versions in .github/workflows/*.yml

Package grouping

Related packages that must stay version-compatible are grouped into a single PR:

Group	Packages
xunit	xunit.v3, xunit.runner.visualstudio, Xunit.StaFact
SixLabors.ImageSharp	SixLabors.ImageSharp, SixLabors.ImageSharp.Drawing
GitHub Actions	all GitHub Actions steps

Unrelated packages (e.g. System.Memory, SharpZipLib) each get their own PR for easier review and rollback.

Schedule

Renovate runs before 9 AM every Monday to batch updates and avoid daily noise.

Notes

• vcpkg.json builtin-baseline and the OPENCV_VERSION env var in workflows are not auto-tracked (would require a custom regex manager — out of scope here)
• Requires the Renovate GitHub App to be installed on this repository
