I figured that the functionality to read dictionaries from YAML-Files wasn't wrapped yet.

So I added a wrapper with according tests for that. However, since FileStorage and FileNode were both also not available,
it works on a simple path string now:
var dictionary = CvAruco.ReadDictionary("someDictionaryFile.yaml");Would be happy if these changes will find their way into your repository.
