The end goal of this is to have some thing in favorites that will allow separating the functional buttons (like the gamemode buttons) and items added by pressing the a key by default, I guess #388 would accomplish this, but this request is slightly different.
My proposed solution is to add a spacer component. You could add it from the same menu as other functional buttons, and it would just be an empty space which does absolutely nothing.
Another idea is to have a flexible spacer which would basically just add empty space until the end of the line, so that adding new items would add them to the next row automatically.
Spacers should also be visible when you have the add menu with the functional buttons open so you can remove the spacers.
