Favourites menu and FTBLib

Is there a way for me to separate the Utility buttons from my other favourited recipes?

I'd like the quest book, map, teams icons etc to be on their own toolbar, as I find it quite annoying when I accidentally move them around or delete them when organising my favourites.

I have seen that other people using the same modpack as me seem to have this feature, but I can't find it anywhere in the settings. I am using REI Fabric 8.3.529 on MC 1.18.2. Screenshots below for clarity.

Seems this is an issue with FTBLib, not REI. Sorry for the confusion
