• Update react-intl v5.20.10 (from v3.1.13)
  The biggest breaking change here is that this drops support for FormattedHTMLMessage & intl.formatHTMLMessage

FTW-templates have not used those html messages (since it's been discouraged/deprecated feature), but if you are taking update from this repository, you should check your customized codebase first.

This doesn't update all the libraries. Main point was to update React Intl to make it support "hourCycle" formatting option.
