Issue is still occurring on shaka demo player.

What browser and OS are you using?
Chrome

What are the manifest and license server URIs?

This is Non-DRM HLS.

What configuration are you using? What is the output of player.getNonDefaultConfiguration()?

What actually happened?

Some Harvest converted from AWS Media Live particularly are facing this issue. Also the same video is playable on other online player.
