Reverts #46580.
#46580 added the transformer and text-conditioning half of BRIA Fibo 2.0. The pipeline half that would make the model servable is #47831, which has not landed, so no pipeline config reaches this code: it is 2,126 lines of model and test code that nothing in the serving path uses. The model can come back together with its pipeline in one PR.
