This version fixes a bunch of bugs, EAGLE 3 plans to release with v0.4.5

The NVIDIA team also asked me for the latest version of lmsysorg/sglang:dev, so it's time to release a new update, though surely there will be many bugs and fixes that we'll be discovering and quickly patching in the coming weeks, including tomorrow :) Let's just bump. Cheers!
