Summary
While validating target AITER commit
2174467, we found a DeepSeek V3.2 and DeepSeek V4-Pro regression. We traced it to ROCm/aiter#4202 (95abba4), which routes selected gfx950 FP8 blockscale decode-M GEMMs to Triton.This PR updates SGLang to
11546f3, which is2174467with ROCm/aiter#4202 (95abba4) reverted, and uses it as the target AITER commit.
