This pull request integrates ccache to speed up compilation by setting CMAKE_C_COMPILER_LAUNCHER and CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER_LAUNCHER if ccache is found. The implementation is functionally correct. My feedback focuses on improving the implementation by using standard CMake features for better maintainability and adding configurability for more flexibility.
