Bandwidth Shaping tab missing from menu... #172

Hello again, the Bandwidth Shaping tab appears to be missing from the QoS menu. You can still access it as it's the default tab to open when first opening the QoS card but once in the menu you must close the menu and reopen to go back to it.

You can test the fixes for #171, #172 and #173 by running:

./tch-gui-unhide -u && ./tch-gui-unhide -y
