Go through this process on Windows 10: https://github.com/sendgrid/sendgrid-csharp/blob/master/README.md#setup-environment-variables-to-manage-your-api-key

Take notes on how we can improve the documentation while going through the steps in the README.

Make a PR on the README with any improvements identified.
