A email is dropped by sendgrid if groups_to_display is empty

!!! I don't sure that it is bug of sendgrid-sharp. May be it is bug of documentations.

I try to use ASM, so i set unsubscription group id for my messages. Problem: according to official documentations groups_to_display is optional parameter, but this parameter is required for method SetASM in sendgrid-sharp. If i create ASM object without groups_to_display manually and send message, the message is dropped by sendgrid.

I believe this is a bug in the SDK. You are correct, groups_to_display should be optional.

I've added this to our backlog for a fix.

The priority of this issue can be increased by additional votes and/or a PR.
