Broken documentation link in SSH debug dropdown

Describe the bug

Within a job, if you press on the SSH Debug dropdown, it will provide a wrong hyperlink:

It leads to: https://docs.semaphoreci.com/article/75-debugging-with-ssh-access

It should be: https://docs.semaphoreci.com/getting-started/tour/continuous-integration#ssh

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any job page
2. Click on SSH Debug
3. Click on Docs: Debugging with SSH
4. It will lead to you to the wrong page

This should be also redirected on nginx on the docs, in case someone bookmarked the current link. I added a redirection rule in this PR: #401
