these changes raise the minimum required version of node to be incompatible with the defined engines range for this package. we need to update the defined range to accept these changes, which is a breaking change. we also need to add ls-engines to CI to alert us of this situation going forward

now that a version of this package has been released with a compatible engines range defined, this should be mergeable once we get CI passing. that should be possible once ljharb/ls-engines#23 is resolved |
