Add option to ignore lines before indent change

I am a big fan of golines but I tend not to use it due to the fact that my team follows the Google Go style guide. Specifically, the style guide requires that lines not be shortened before a change in indentation, such as a function signature or an if statement. I am wondering if there is any interest in adding a flag to control formatting lines before an indentation change to allow golines to confirm to optionally conform to the Google Go style guide.
