Bugfixes and improvements:

• Fixed bug that caused the lexicon to be reloaded before every realisation (significantly improves realisation time)
• Index now includes all variants of a word and not just its base form
• Fixed multiple issues with regard to the tests
• Migrated to a newer JUnit version
