This is bulk commit of getting Official ECMAScript Conformance Test Suite as separate test project Jint.Tests.Test262. This is to allow implementing new ECMA features against the current and maintained test suite.
The source folders harness and test are taken as-is from the Test262 project, should be easy to updatye when needed. I've added their license to root of project.
It should not be run as part of build yet, and as sample I've set Map tests to be run. Hopefully I have some time at some point to try to implement the Map feature.
