Landscape sweep 2026-09-26: re-run the 71 missing GPT-6 fit votes (gpt-6-astra, max) and re-evaluate the 27 absence refutations - #650
Conversation
…-run on gpt-6-astra at max with the frozen inputs Run id landscape-sweep-20260926-gpt6-fit-revote-20261003 (workflow wf_555874dd-5a7). The packaged lane re-ran the nine layers' GPT-6 fit jobs from the sealed sweep inputs. All nine ran on the native route, gpt-6-astra at effort max, codex-cli 0.159.3, and finished exit 0 with parseable results. No usage limit occurred, so the OmniRoute fallback never started. The 27 proposals refuted only by a missing vote are re-evaluated with convert.py's own functions; the frozen wave-20260922 verdict rows are unchanged (they change only through a new run id plus a sealed review). Claude child usage of this run and of the killed first launch (wf_8066ceb5-b9a, recorded as incomplete) is kept beside, never summed with, the GPT-6 counters. Exact-head FINDINGS on P3 — the current usage narrative is stale. README:195–197 says Claude usage is not in the record yet and describes future export work. This head already contains the completed child-usage export and the killed-launch incomplete export, measured at10:14:35UTC. Their counter-measurement exits/statuses are respectively 0/complete and 1/incomplete; these fields do not authenticate parent-workflow or underlying model-driver process exits. Update the current README to bind both actual exports and retain the killed attempt. Preserve Integration note: the branch preserves all9,420 foreign registry rows/order and187receipts/26convergence entries from its stated D277 base. Current main's #634 squash changes seven existing foreign bindings: Bounded source result: the published exports contain nine native jobs reported done/0 and71 structured votes; nine OmniRoute entries are not_running. The table records27 decisive proposals across26 repositories,19 surviving and8 merit-refuted,44 nondecisive rows and no remaining absence flags. These are checked source-export/table contents, not a fresh run by root or independent authentication of private native execution. Published fit-job usage sums to input15909199/cached-input subset14354176/cache-write0/output142287/reasoning-output subset83620. The probe remains separate, as do both Claude counter exports; subsets and model-family counters are not additive. Actual served model/effort and original private native process custody remain unverified, and stderr is explicitly not retained. The retained historical V1 template, client/context drift, license-gate redecision and source-review/V2 holds remain limits. This record does not qualify fallback, installations, current defaults or adoption, and it does not overwrite the sealed returns or ledger. Source capture retained48native API exits0,26native The requested Astra/Max judgment through the tagged keyless OmniRoute pool agrees: this is one P3 narrative correction; after it, bounded SOURCE ACCEPT is appropriate, with no further publication blocker found in its seven-file scope. …ved result lines Method step 1 said each codex_call.sh result line was saved unchanged; the lines are kept unchanged only in the private work directory. jobs.json publishes every field except output_text (replaced by the parsed last.json as output, with output_sha256 over the last.json bytes) and stderr_tail (summarized as stderr). A review-round check reproduced all ten counted output_text strings byte for byte from the compact re-serialization of output. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

No OmniRoute job started, because each native job counted. The decisive set is 27 proposals covering 26 repositories (openai/codex appears in both workers and web-research). It is not 28: see

Decision record
None. This is an evidence record, not a decision. The evidence directory's README.md gives the method, the dispositions, the lane limits and what reads the label. These votes reach layer verdicts only through a new verdict-wave run id in

No usage limit or 429 occurred, so neither the OmniRoute fallback nor a reset ran. This run is not evidence that the fallback works. No Codex reset credit is consumed automatically:
