Restore reviewed comparison progress and reconcile worker receipts

The catalog integration in #59 included PR55 through 853ca44 but omitted its later reviewed progress commit 4519fd4. Restore the comparison guide and evidence in the merged handbook, reconcile nine original/rescored worker receipt pairs, and record the independently verified cancellation-classifier correction. Preserve all merged catalog choices, component pins and canonical decisions.

All 18 receipt hashes and nine corrected summary rows match. The later classifier correction preserves an explicit model/provider-mismatch block during cancellation; five new source hashes and 13 selected offline tests pass. All nine recorded outcomes remain unchanged apart from rescore timestamps. Original failures, refuted judgments, incomplete cancellation output, unrun recovery and the comparison limits remain visible. No runtime, SDK or memory winner is promoted.

Validation:

• Independent review of original sources, receipt mapping, public wording and the exact integration union.
• Prior matching 163-hash, 38-reference, seven-result recomputation and ten synthetic gate checks reused; 26 receipt-follow-up and five classifier-correction files verified.
• Twelve earlier and 13 corrected selected local classifier tests pass in reconstructed source layout; direct flat-seal imports still fail. The owner's broader 77-test result was not independently rerun.
• Catalog, foundation, 17 convergence records, landscape and exact HTML rebuild pass: 68 components, 137 receipts, 1,695 hashed files.
• Offline handbook dialog checked at 390px width with corrected result and foundation scope visible; no overflow, external resources or browser errors.
• No new provider, broker or destination-host trial.

The owner returned a separate foundation/runtime/memory scope. Unresolved research rows and the unrun Hindsight arm do not themselves block handoff. The tooling still needs a reviewed owning-repository commit/publication, and the written WSL runbook needs correction of its transfer instructions and unavailable acceptance inputs. A connected new workstation requires fresh acceptance; macOS and trading remain separately qualified.
