Closed by the maintainer routine documented in .github/dependabot.yml: the frozen macOS variant lock is hash-bound evidence (its sha256 is registered in manifests/evidence.json and bound in tests/test_osv_lockfile_coverage.py, FROZEN_LOCKS), so a version bump fails the pin test and the evidence hash check by design. GHSA-vcvr-r3jv-pc5j (next 16.3.5) is excepted for that one lock until 2026-12-24 in .github/osv-scanner-frozen-macos.toml, scanned in its own invocation; the live application-delivery lock already pins next 16.3.6. Decision record: docs/decisions/2026-09-22-github-automation-closure.md, paragraph 'urllib3 and PyJWT relock and a frozen macOS lock (2026-09-30)' (merged in #546, 8fc8611). Dependabot alert 16 stays open on purpose: it is the visible record of the exception. |
