Scope

  • What this PR changes: the text of one row of the shared hot file manifests/stack.json, the omniroute row (upstream_sources, freshness, command_scope): it still describes the 2026-09-27 builds. It now says which builds run since 2026-09-30 (upstream release/v3.8.51 at 2f42a9ac1 with the open upstream PR #13788 on both gateways and a local affinity patch on 20128; BUILD_SHA ae5539a56 on 20128 and 87c4c488d on 20129; upstream's check:pack-boot on both tarballs, the 20129 tarball on its third attempt), that both units announce Codex 0.159.1 while the installed Codex is 0.157.1 (so gpt-6.1-sol is listed), upstream's own release of 3.8.51 after the rebuild (tag v3.8.51, created 2026-09-30T01:41Z with the same tree as the build base 2f42a9ac1; npm omniroute@3.8.51 published 02:54Z), and the 20129 compression state (master on; ten of the twelve shipped engines at upstream's per-engine settings, which is not upstream's shipped state; headroom off in the engines map but still running where a stored combo names it; omniglyph off; headerless plan session-dedup, ccr, lite; lossy engines only on a header or combo opt-in; 20128 keeps its master off with codex/* excluded). The component pin stays npm 3.8.50 until the published 3.8.51 package has its own isolated install and boot check (the row says so; moving the pin is a separate change to this row); no other row, and no code, changes.
  • Why a separate PR: docs/lanes.md makes a change to what a shared hot file says lane:shared, and it needs the other lane's acknowledgement. The decision record and the evidence for every claim in the row are in the lane:foundation PR OmniRoute rebuild 2026-09-30: decision record, evidence artifacts, owner-record script, unit templates (records what runs; compression on 20128 not applied) #530 (docs/decisions/2026-09-30-omniroute-rebuild.md), which does not touch this file.
  • Held: do not merge before the trading lane's acknowledgement, as a comment or review on this PR at the head below. No live session held the trading lane on 2026-09-30; the user chose to launch one, and this PR is in its queue.
  • Base commit: be91e1f8 (main, after SocratiCode 1.16.0: qualification receipt and dated decision update (the Linux pin stays 1.15.0) #523).
  • Lane: lane:shared.
  • Owned paths touched: manifests/stack.json (shared hot file), manifests/evidence.json (its registration through the hot-file protocol; same commit, the last).

The row's statements about the running builds, the announced Codex version and the compression state the same classes and receipts as PR #530 (evidence/artifacts/omniroute-rebuild-20260930/receipt.json, claims C1-C11) see that PR; nothing new is claimed here
The row still parses and matches the rest of the manifest our integration checks the commands below

Local commands run

$ python3 scripts/validate.py

$ python3 scripts/evidence_manifest.py --check

$ python3 -B -m unittest <the 31 test modules that read manifests/stack.json>
Ran 1751 tests ... OK (skipped=34) exit 0

Only the omniroute row differs from main (69 components before and after; the other 68 rows are equal).

Decision record

docs/decisions/2026-09-30-omniroute-rebuild.md in PR #530 (it lists this change under "not in this change" and says why).

Host evidence

This PR touches no evidence/hosts/ file and no receipt.

  • scripts/validate.py (exit 0 above).
  • The trading lane's acknowledgement (lane:shared), as a comment or review on the head.
  • No platform_status change.

Residuals

  • The row is a summary; where it and the decision record differ, the decision record and its artifacts are the source.

Checklist

  • No workflows or Actions are changed.
  • No secrets are printed, logged or committed.
  • No new paid hosting, subscription or billing surface.
  • Peer-owned untracked files and worktrees were preserved.

…42a9ac1 with #13788 and the affinity patch), upstream's v3.8.51 release and the 20129 compression state

Text of one row only (upstream_sources, freshness, command_scope); the component pin stays npm 3.8.50 until the published 3.8.51 package has its own
isolated install and boot check (a separate change to this row). Shared hot file, so this is its own lane:shared change; the decision record and
evidence are in the lane:foundation PR #530 (docs/decisions/2026-09-30-omniroute-rebuild.md).

Trading lane acknowledgement (docs/lanes.md:146-150). Reviewed at head be65860794897cd9bad47493b209ca9ab7c26603 by native-agent-stack-e0, which holds the trading lane since 2026-09-30 (ecosystem-roadmap-2026 ended 2026-09-29).

  • Scope: two files, both shared hot files (docs/lanes.md:26). In manifests/stack.json, 69 rows before and after with the same ids and order; only the omniroute row differs, in upstream_sources, freshness and command_scope. Its version stays 3.8.50, and no top-level key changes.
  • Registration: the single manifests/evidence.json change re-registers manifests/stack.json as sha256 d621909e12fb04267c6c2c313ea40387b88e1d37c319aee7d852b4e14aa99e35, 98,410 bytes, which equals the head's file. No hand-merged entries (docs/lanes.md:94-97).
  • Trading paths: none touched. The added row text names no trading, paper, broker or us-equities component, and the paper engine makes no gateway or model call, so no trading selection or paper unit depends on this row.

No objection. Merge with this head pinned and 8/8 required checks in bucket pass (docs/lanes.md:153-167); if the head moves, this acknowledgement carries over only when the manifests/stack.json diff between the two heads is empty (docs/lanes.md:181-190).

Main contradicts the three "first published" claims. PR #425
(f6e5a03, on main since 2026-09-28T22:57:18Z) already labels
045aa81f3 as 20128's build, and PR #531's stack row (0a41bf8) states
the patch on 20128 about eleven minutes before the rebuild record
(b4056a3).
The record, the routing README addendum and the roadmap update now say
only that the rebuild record has the patch running on 20128 in
ae5539a56.

Cite the PR #425 labels as a coordinator's labels on a source read
(the repair round made no gateway request). Note that, read as the
running build, they conflict with the rebuild record's account
(:30-31, :135-136). Keep 2026-09-29 00:42Z and 2026-09-30 00:03:00Z as
upper bounds only: the record neither asserts nor rules out an earlier
date. Add 045aa81f3 and its git log -S hits to the [^rebuild] search
statement. Narrow the 81c9b6da sentence to the basis, citing the
roadmap :51 report of the gateway owner's rebuild in progress.

* docs: repair the R02 retirement record after review

Date the end of the R02 freeze from the rebuild record's own account: 20128
ran 5fc47d970 at 81c9b6da since 2026-09-29 00:42Z, so it had left dd6e9607e
by then. The 2026-09-30 rebuild is the first published record of the affinity
patch, and part (ii) of the approved patch stays open.

Cite the #445 PR description, an author report, for the review rounds, the
ninth defect and the test runs, in place of a private file. Restate the owner
line from the #445 timeline. Limit the no-run claim to the records, quote the
plan's cost-independent adopt-max rule, and name the rebuild file in the
roadmap update.

* chore: re-register the repaired R02 retirement documents

Re-register the retirement record, the routing README addendum and the
roadmap update after the review repair. Both generators left the four
reports byte-identical.

* chore: re-register the R02 retirement documents after the re-check

Re-register the retirement record, the routing README addendum and the
roadmap update after the re-check fixes. Only those three rows changed.
Both generators left the four reports byte-identical.

* docs: record the overtaken R02 freeze as a failed condition with its rule

Review thread on #656 (P1): the record documented the freeze conflict but
named no failed condition or prevention rule. The roadmap's F-WK-3 record
"goes in the rebuild's receipt PR" and lists "the user's R02 freeze release"
(roadmap :185-188 at 9b0b8d6); the rebuild record, the published account
that replaced the 81c9b6da package (:30-32), carries no release; the freeze
held "with no end date" (decisions.json:33).

Add a "Failed condition" paragraph: it assigns no fault, states the rule
(search a host's recorded freezes and ordering conditions before a restart
or build switch, and record each release in the switch's own record) and
the recovery (record an overtaken freeze in fact, supply no release, carry
open items forward). The anti-pattern log row (AGENTS.md:5,
docs/harness-defaults.md:85) is outside this retirement's paths and is left
to a foundation follow-up.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore: re-register the R02 retirement record after the failed-condition paragraph

Registry only: the record's files[] row takes its new sha256 and bytes via
host_receipts.register_file. The generated reports were re-run with
--write and did not change.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs: qualify the after-R02 trigger as dormant while the retirement stands (root finding at 447f70b)

Line 145 said the trigger can no longer occur, but the reopen conditions allow R02 to reopen, and a completed
reopened run would satisfy the original after-scored-run predicate (decisions.json:38). Part (ii) of the occupancy
patch stays open with its own acceptance gates.

* Restore main's registry before the last-commit re-registration (hot-file protocol)

manifests/evidence.json returns to main 1a64e8f's copy so that the next
commit, the branch's last, carries every owned registry row.

* Re-register the R02 retirement record (hot-file protocol, last commit)

register_file on main 1a64e8f's registry for the three owned files: the
omniroute-routing-20260928 README, the resolved ecosystem roadmap and the R02
retirement record. component_matrix and new_host_grand_list --write changed
nothing. The tree equals the merge commit's tree.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* Roadmap: follow the file's same-date heading convention ("<date>, later, main <short sha>")

The 2026-10-03 update merged after main's own 2026-10-03 section, so its heading takes the ", later,"
form the roadmap already uses for a second same-date update (2026-09-29, later, main 16f3c7f), with the
short SHA. No anchor link in the repository targets the old heading.
